Leader Reef was finished in March 2011. Built by Craig Martin, a local builder, it is finished with beautiful details. The name Leader Reef is derived from an old gold reef mine positioned in the hill above the house. Leader Reef is a beautiful accommodation in Bright with swimming pools and views across the mountains.
The house has been designed in two sections. The first section is an airy kitchen, dining and living room with the ceiling on the pool side reaching four metres. The second section is the sleeping zone that has a TV area off the bedrooms. This area can be closed off to create a quiet zone. These sections are buffered by a large entry. Most of the rooms face the pool and garden which makes the house feel very private. Leader Reef is on the high side of town, below Huggins lookout, affording magnificent views across the valley to Mount Porepunkah and Apex lookout.

Heating & Cooling: There are 3 split systems (2 in each living room & 1 in the master bedroom), 2 roll-around Noiroit panel heaters, standing fans and wood-burning combustion fireplace.
